Refund Policy
1. Who you are buying from
Every CADVIX subscription is sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our merchant of record. Paddle is the seller on your invoice, handles your payment and collects VAT. Paddle's own terms and refund policy apply to the transaction. This page explains how we approach refunds and how to reach the right place quickly.
2. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your Paddle account page, the link to which is in every invoice Paddle sends you, and which CADVIX can open for you from the seats screen. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee. The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next payment, and your subscription runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate part months.
3. What happens to your work when you cancel
Your designs and your client records are stored on your own computer. They stay where they are. CADVIX moves to a state where you can still open, read and export everything you have made, and stops accepting new work, so a lapsed subscription never locks you out of your own work.
4. Refunds
4.1 The first 14 days. If CADVIX is not right for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. You do not need to explain why.
4.2 After that. We do not routinely refund part-used periods, because cancelling is immediate and prevents the next charge. We will consider a refund where a fault on our side stopped you working and we could not put it right in reasonable time.
4.3 Seats. Removing a seat takes effect at the next renewal, and the change is reflected in what Paddle charges you then.
5. Beta testers
Beta testers pay nothing for their first two months, so their first payment, and the 14 days that run from it, fall at the start of the third month. Beta software has faults, and discovering one is not by itself a ground for a refund. Section 4.2 still applies where something is genuinely broken and stays broken.
6. How to ask
For a refund, write to admin@cadvix.com from the email address on your account, saying what you would like and roughly why. We reply within 3 working days. For an invoice, a VAT question or a card problem, Paddle is faster, because they hold the transaction and we do not.
7. How a refund reaches you
Paddle issues the refund, and it returns to the payment method you originally used, usually within a few working days. Your statement shows the charge and the refund as Paddle. A refund covers the full amount you paid, including any VAT Paddle collected.
8. Your statutory rights
Nothing here reduces any right the law gives you that cannot be excluded by agreement. Where this policy and such a right differ, the right wins.
